As part of our commitment to our guests and team members, we have enhanced our policies and procedures to ensure a cleaner, safer and more comfortable environment and entertainment.
MDC’s Tower Theater Miami is located in the heart of Little Havana, next door to the famous Domino Park. The Theater features two auditoriums, one with 250 seats, the other with 104 seats.
The theater opens 40 minutes before the first scheduled screening of the day.
The theater is handicapped accessible.
Tickets and Seating
Tickets can be purchased in advance through our website, towertheatermiami.com, or through Fandango. While you will not need to redeem the tickets onsite, you will be asked to present them before entering the screening room.
To reduce contact, all transactions must be paid using a debit, credit or Tower Theater Miami gift card; cash will not be accepted.
All sales are final, patrons must adhere to MDC’s Tower Theater Miami guidelines and limitations.
No refunds, no exchanges, no replacements.
Food & Drinks
Masks must be worn at all times. Therefore, no food or beverages are permitted in the theater. Please note that our Concessions area and all communal water fountains have been turned off to minimize contact.
- $12.75 – Adults
- $10.00 – Seniors (62+), MDC Staff, Students (except MDC students), Military (ID required)
- $8.25 – Tower Members, MDC Students, Miami Film Society Members (ID required)
Groups of 25 persons or more that make advance arrangements with the Theater management are eligible for group rates of only $10.00 per person for any regular showing of your choosing at Tower Theater Miami. Seniors and students in groups of 25 or more will be discounted down to $8.25. A group may be coordinated for special events, such as special screenings, premieres, operas, ballets, etc., but prices will vary accordingly.

- There’s a lot with metered/pay-by-phone parking behind the theater.
- There is a larger lot with metered / pay-by-phone parking to the east of the theater. If coming east on 8th street, access this area using the driveway immediately before the McDonald’s just past the theater.
- Metered spaces are available on most cross streets around the theater, as well as on SW 8th street
Tower Theater Terms and Conditions
By completing payment, you acknowledge and understand the Theater’s official policy: All Sales Are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges. No Replacements. It is the patron’s responsibility to verify all contact information at the time of purchase. Not verifying the contact information may result in an undeliverable confirmation. Any applicable discounts must be applied before the transaction is completed. Management has the right to ask for ID to verify tickets. Use of personal electronic devices such as phones, computers, tablets, etc. inside the screening rooms is strictly prohibited. Use of any photographic, video, or audio recording devices inside the theaters, without written permission of the management, is strictly prohibited. Search Policy: Purses, backpacks, satchels, and bags of any kind are subject to inspection, at Management’s discretion. Management has the right to refuse admission, without a refund, if patron is not compliant with any of these policies.
